Hi,
Someone incorrectly processed/attached a debit order to my smart account on 26 July 2013. Now FNB wants to charge me for fixing someone else's mistake and won't undo the service fees that were included in the debit order! This is unacceptable!
What is more concerning is that it seems quite easy to deduct money (via debit order) from someone's account without them authorising the debit order?
