My sister called in to your call centre to apply for a personal loan, and was told she has to apply on line and someone will call her back.
When you try to apply online, it does not submit the form?!
Why does Standard bank not want to give their customers an easier way to solve their problems.
Please that apply for personal loans, dont do it for fun and games.
PLEASE CAN SOMEONE GET A HOLD OF HER AND SORT THIS OUT.
If this does not get sorted out by this afternoon, I will move her over to FNB where I know A loan will be more than happily given.
