I am a loyal FNB account holder... I have a business account with a substantial over draught facility which is in credit, I have a credit card which has always been paid, a savings pocket, 2 x vehicles and had a home loan which was on a debit order and I never missed a payment on it. I have been with FNB since I was 10. My soon to be wife also has a business account and a personal account with FNB. I currently sold my house and on re applying for my next home loan (about 2 mnths of selling my old one) which was a very similar amount as the first was told I could only get an 80% bond. After trying to negotiate atleast a 90% as that is what standard bank offered me (after 48hrs) FNB reduced the the amount to 75%. All of this took a total of 3 weeks to do as paper work went to the wrong department etc etc...
If this is how you treat your customers who have a fantastic credit rate with you and every where else then I have lost faith in you! I am taking the standard bank loan and I will be chatting to them today to move all of my accounts to them!
