In 2009-2010, I found out that my late father had a retirement policy at momentum of which 2 of my sisters and I are beneficiaries. I tried to claim the policy during that time but the momentum service was not user friendly. Even though I was a student and unemployed, I sought out legal since I was falling to claim myself. That didn't help either and so I gave up. 2 months ago in 2013, momentum contacted me regarding the policy. I was broke but I borrowed money to get to their offices. I filled in forms and was told that everything was now in order and payout would be made In 14 days. Every 14 days a new constant would extend another 15 days until now. Finally after my complaint, I was given 1 consultant who would take care of my things; Adele. She asked me for further info which I sent to her on the 16/07/2013 and she also told me to wait 15 days. After that period, I emailed her for follow up since I needed money to register after being unemployed and unable to finish my degree for 2 years. I finally had a chance to be in school. The lady completely ignored my emails. I called yesterday and j was told that my documents were only received on 29/07/2013 &wait 14days again.
