Ok so on 8 July I posted a complaint about my account being settled and that RCS has not confirmed with the credit bureau that my account has been settled. On the same day I received 2 responses stating that the matter has been resolved. I moved recently and had to get a washing machine, but after using all my cash on the deposit I needed to get one on credit but was declined, and 2 days ago I received my new credit report and not surprisingly RCS still says I am overdue 8 months after settling the account 4 months ago, which means not only did they again to me, they also embarrassed me and I have to travel to family members to get my washing done. No one at the company has the decency to phone me to solve the problem, and I need this issue resolved as soon as possible.
