Can't withdraw my money from PayPal with FNB

I can't withdraw my Paypal funds through FNB. I have funds available in my paypal account, but when I try withdraw using my FNB profile into my cheque account I cannot because FNB reckons my paypal balance is 0.00 when it is not.

I tried calling FNB's Paypal call center but was nearly 2 hours on the phone just waiting for an operator to answer. I later tried again and waited nearly an hour on the phone, but there is just answer I also sent a mail, but nobody has responded to me.
