6 and a half minutes on the phone, put through to 8 different people and then the last person decided to put the phone down in my ear before I could even say a word!!! I am desperately trying to get a statement out of this incompetent bunch of that supposedly work at a Financial institution...???!!! Really guys?? You are supposed to be intelligent people working in an environment like that. Its ridiculous!!
They phone me when I cant answer as I am trying to work to earn money to pay my debt, they get snotty with me when I tell them I cannot speak now, please send me a statement to my email address and then when I have a moment to phone them, they cannot even answer the phone properly!!!
