Settled credit card, but credit profile not

Hi,

I settled my credit card, about two months ago and informed African bank of this. I was then told they would update my credit profile, but they never did it.

I urgently need to apply for finance, because I am using an rental car which is costing me a fortune. Unfortuntly due to my record with African bank, I dont qualify for finance.

Point is I settled the credit card with once off payment, and I am paying my other loans. Just wish African bank could assist me with this.
