On Tuesday 23 July I went to my Prestige Banker (Pamela Nkosi) at Fourways Crossing to apply for a further bond om my current homeloan kept with STD Bank.
On Friday 26 July STD bank homeloans informed me that Pamela Nkosi made a mistake with my application, and that I will have to resubmit.

On Monday 29 July, I did a re submission via the telephone. I was contacted 3 times to resubmit forms I already gave Pamela during the course of last week from 29 July to 2 August.

Finally on 2 August, Pamela informed me that after yet another 2 documents missing, everything was submitted.

This morning I receive a phone call from Pamela indicating that my application for the further bond was just closed. Reason being: client does not know anything about his property.

Immediately I phone STD Bank homeloans department. They inform me that yes, the application was closed.

I was at my property the whole day on 2 August, an no one made an appointment to come see me, or even arrived at my house and speak with me.

They now tell me that they can do nothing, and I have to go through the whole process again. I am at the breaking point of moving all my accounts away from STD Bank.
