I had an arrangement via budget insurance for a tracking unit in my car, the whole deal was handled and processed by budget, but i have cancelled my policy with budget since. The way it worked was I paid a monthly fee to budget which included the tracking, but when i cancelled my policy with budget i asked that tracker should be cancelled. I have now been handed over by tracker for fees not being paid, but the deal was facilitated by budget and i feel they should contact tracker and clear the mess as i had never personally made any arrangements with tracker. i do not understand why i have been involved in a scenario where i had not had a role in arranging. i would like for some one to contact me so i can get a resolve to the issue as i do not deem myself as guilty to default payments to tracker.
