Hello Peter, I have a problem with Standard bank for failing to make a successful transaction on my account, I transferred some money R820.00 from my cheque account to mobile/access account on the 24th but the money does not reflect on any of the accounts, it does not reflect on the account it was transferred to, and the money didn't bounce back should the transaction be unprocessed or for some reasons.
I went to the branch to ask for explanation they couldn't help, I even logged a querie on their website no body came back or called me back, I then I phoned them they cant even give me 'an explanation where the money went or where my money is, no way forward on this issue after 11th day now still no money, no help, no reply, I hve the reference numbers for all the queries that I've been making telephonically.
