I have been struggling to get a Session form out of Absa Life for the past two weeks. It is a simple confirmation that Absa gives permission to sede my ife policy to FNB.
I Have been phoning/e-mailing but got no complaince from Absa. When i do get thru the call centre
(after 40- 50 minutes) the consultant does not even knows what I am talking about!
They keep on sending me confirmation of my excisting policy. I need a session form!!
I am with Absa from 1988 and this is really bad from them I think I deserve better service than this!!
Please Help!!!
