LOST OF TITLE DEED FROM DEEDS OFFICE Absa

It was last year 2012 when I sold my house no 42 at Villa Montigo in Midrand to mr Simelane.the bond for mr Simelane was approved last year October 2012. The lawyers GEOFFREY SUTHERNS ATTORNEYS was responsible to do the transfer at the last stage of transfer it was realised that the title deed for the set property was lost from the office of the deeds office.the buyer and the seller were informed that the process of recovering the title deed will take two months because thee must be a lodge of the application for the title deed with the deed of and then it must be advertised on the national news paper

That process was made .all of the sudden when the process was done ABSA decided to disapprove the home loan for mr Simelane .then the house was back to sale again at the month of February 2013.
I managed to get another buyer during the process of registration Absa again claimed that the tile deed is lost again.

NOW I AM VERY FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED THE WAY ABSA IS CONDUCTING ITS BUSINESS I AM INCONVENIENCED BECAUSE I AM PAYING RENT WHERE I AM STAYING FOR A YEAR NOW BECAUSE I CAN'T BUY THE PROPERTY WITHOUT SELLING THIS ONE
