Approved but funds not available

I reduced my overdraft by R5000 and applied for an increase of R4700 on my credit card, as the interest rate is better 18% vs 21%. Now I keep getting approved through the online system for a credit limit increase on my credit card, but the limit is not increased.

They ask me to send the signed confirmation documents to their [Email Removed] email and it keeps saying incorrect format, not sure if this is why funds not available but confused because never had to send docs before and never had any problems subsequent to approval.
