I applied for my credit card in February this year. After having it for a week or so, Nedbank called me to ask how everything was going and if I wanted to apply for a Greenbacks card. So I said I would like to apply. I picked up my Greenbacks card within a few days from then. Today I called to find out how much Greenbacks points I've received (AKA my Greenbacks balance) and the operator informed me that I havent been linked to Greenbacks! I asked how that was possible, as I clearly applied and registered, otherwise I wouldn't have got my Greenbacks card. And she said to me that obviously the person didnt link my card to the Greenbacks programme. I am extremely dissapointed in Nedbank, and I would like all the Greenbacks points that I should have accumulated from Feb this year.
