Around 10th July I was searching online for lenders for a quick short term loan when I stumbled upon Loan Finder SA and I completed their online application. I was then pre-qualified and they referred my details to 4 lenders who subsequently contacted me. I however, did not complete any application process or take up any loan from these lenders.
This morning my account was debited for R350, for what? I called Loan Finder SA number and was transferred a few times and no one could explain what service they had provided for the R350 payment they took out of my account.
PLEASE SOMEONE REFUND ME ASAP as I did not get any service from these people and definitely did not authorise any deduction /.debit from my account. This is summarily at its best!
