I called in this morning to cancel my cover with budget insurance. The reason for this was i have just been offered free full compresensive car insurance by my new employer, so definately not related to bad service from budget insurance. I was assisted by a very efficient, customer friendly, knowledgeable gentleman named Mzwandile Nxele. He was precise, to the point and assisted me like a real pro. Got my cover with budget cancelled within minutes.
I salute Mr. Nxele and his employer should too - real STAR.
