WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO GET A BANK STATEMENT!!!

All I want it for my bank statements to be emailed to me. You know, those pretty green statements that the bank normally posts, I want those emailed.

But it has taken me 4 phone calls to various call centres to get a statement out of you people. first call was made on 4 July and I spoke to Charmaine. I received nothing. Then I phones again, spoke to Candice and 2 days later I got a bank statement. Well sort of. It was this list of random transactions on a piece of paper as it it had been printed from one of those old bank printers, the dot matrix thing, with those reams and reams of irrelevant numbers and letters.

Today I call the ask once line again and speak to Yolandi, and she tells me that it will take 20 working days to resolve my issue. Seriously? all I want is a bank statement. A decent looking, formal bank statement emailed to me. It cheaper for the bank than posting it!!!

Please send me bank statements via email, I have not received a statement in months and I think I am entitled to it.
