I am so furious at the moment! I forgot about 2 debit orders that were still to be debited from my account and transfered all my money into my credit card. My account was R0. There after my debit orders went off my account and left my account in debit. I then noticed this and transfered money into my account to rectify this and my account was in credit again. Only after my account was credited the debit orders were reversed and came back as unpaid. Therefore I was charged R120 per unpaid debit order (x4). This is ripping your clients off!!! I have closed my account today and the best part is that the person assisting me at the Eastgate branch didn't even try to convince me not to do this and didn't even try to help me with regards to these unpaid charges! I will never do any business with NEDBANK ever again!!! They are ripping their clients off by charging unpaid charges when accounts are rectified and in credit!!
