On 2013/07/31 I phoned Regent cmc to arrange for my wheel alignment to be adjusted as a benefit as a policy holder. Their consultant mr Goodman e-mailed me a claim- form to be completed and i returned it immediately after completion, I also requested to finalised my claim as i have to leave the following day out of the province with my car. On 2013/08/01 from 08:36 till 10:52 I phoned continuously to arrange with mr Goodman to assist me as I have to leave our province with my car and don't want to drive as my tyres started to worn due to the wheel alignment that was not set. Only after I left Cape Town at about 2 I was contacted to arrange this service. I am totally stunt with the bad treatment and because of their reluctance I further damaged my tyres on my way to Oudtshoorn. Im sure they won't be able to assist with any "bigger" claim. I will never recommend them to anyone.
