When ewallet first came out, i thought it was the best thing happened to banking since sliced bread, Now am not so sure. Ive been using the ewallet service almost every 2weeks and lately things changed with this service, now if i send somebody money e.g R50 the end user can't get the money cause an ATM can only give you R100 and this has happened to me when somebody sends me money (50bucks), am unable to take it out, it only offers me airtime of which FNB makes money from airtime purchases. Again today (1st Aug 2013) I've sent a friend of mine R100 who was stranded and guess what he couldn't take out the money. I"ve come to realise that FNB is scamming us and charging us user for useless service that doesn't work. It's not the best after all unless FNB can tell me otherwise, I've started spreading the word about this. I need an explanation why this is happening, am not impressed with FNB and am slowly getting angry.
