I changed banks in June and FNB notified me that the debit order for Hi Finance had been switched and it should have gone off my FNB account. Hi Finance notified me that the debit order was unsuccessful and so I phoned them and told them that I will pay them via EFT which I did on 30 July. I paid R581. I received another 2 sms's after that to say that I need to make payment immediately. I am really not impressed!!!
