After phoning numerous times still not able to cancel my insurance, none of the operators are competent to assist on the phone, Rozaan ref no 103/3057 was suppose to phone me back in a few minutes and already a whole business day has passed and nothing has happened. After talking with Jenavive advising me to phone 012 674 7000, still no one is able to assist me!!! All you people are incompetent wasting my time and money.!!! What would happen if I had a claim, you are pathetic, I wouldn't advise any one to do business with you
