Although I didn't go with Alexander Forbes Insurance as a company, due to them not having stand alone car insurance, I want to compliment Mark on his professionalism. He always got back to me when he said he would. He was absolutely transparent and MOST important, he educated me by telling me what questions to ask, when getting quotes from other insurance companies. The fact that he shared his knowledge with me, has been a MAJOR factor in my decision, as to which company I am going to do business with. Alexander Forbes - you are VERY honored to have Mark as an employee and as the saying goes "If you look after your staff, they will look after you".
