This is my second complaint. on monday I got a reply that I would be contacted by a Investigations Specialist. Till today no one has contacted me regarding my money that was taking without my permission of my account by Standard bank. I have a child that was a week in hospital and was rushed monday to ICU as she almost died due to no oxygen. My furniture was pawned to have paid for her admission, but Standar bank doesnt seem to give a damm to have left my family in this difficult situation. I had an arragment to have paid of my credit card, who gave Standard bank to take all of my money out of my account???
