U-COUNT REWARDS NOT SO REWARDING

This is another complaint regarding my tier status on U-COUNT. I was told to wait until 01st August and my tier will reflect tier 4 as opposed to tier 3. It is still reflecting tier 3. I need to be updated to tier 4 immediately and my extra points need to be allocated to me.

POINTLESS TAKING ON FNB E-BUCKS IF YOU CANT GET YOUR BASICS CORRECT!

YOU CALL THIS A REWARDS PROGRAMME WHEN YOUR CUSTOMERS HAVE TO CHASE AND FOLLOW UP WITHOUT GETTING PROPER ANSWERS?
