Seriously!

So, in November I take out a Wonga loan, I pay it early, its gets debited from my account. I phone, complain and get told that within 24 to 48 hours I'll have my money back... 96 hours later I phone the bank and reverse the payment, but the bank says I need to speak to Wonga. I phone Wonga again and finally I get my money back.

I get a mail saying that there was a repayment from Wonga and a reversal from the bank. I reply to the mail saying please call me, and get a mail back saying please call us. I tried... and tried... and tried... and gave up, thinking the matter settled.

9 months later I find out that I have been handed over to Lawyers who call my workplace and say they need my details to do a garnishing order on my salary to repay the loan!

What the???

Thanks Wonga! you pay loans out quick, take your time paying your debt and then jump to hand your clients over to lawyers!

No one should do business with you and you should actually be reported to the FSB! I wonder, would you retain your NCR approval?

Maybe we should see what happens?
