I was contacted by a call centre agent for new insurance. However,
I am very disappointed with Budget insurance even before becoming a client
1) Claim submitted in past two years: I told the consultant of both the claims I have had in the past two years and he listed it as none.
2) Members above the age of 15 years, there are an additional two family members I stay with that are over 15 years. Why does this only reflect one member?
3) The first consultant I spoke to, told me 3rd party cover is unlimited. The maximum value is R1 000 000.
Budget needs to check their call recordings
I am totally disappointed and wish to report this to the Ombudsman. The service is unprofessional and this is an absolute waste of my time. If something were to go wrong than Budget would jump very quickly not to pay, but in fact they have all their information incorrect. It is because of companies like budget that many innocent people get ripped off by not ending up getting paid.
