FNB are you insane? I phoned to say I noticed a debit for Top Up Debt Protection Plan for the last 2 months on my credit card and I wanted these refunded because I did not ask for it. I received an email today saying that it was ordered by me on 16 June 2010 - did you see that? - 2010. I have never before seen a debit on my credit card for this TUDPP except for the past 2 months and that is what I need refunded. What took you so long to debit my credit card since June 2010 - I will tell you why. Because if I did agree to it in the first place, I CANCELLED it immediately as I don't go for that sort of thing, that is why, and now, 3 YEARS later you decide to drag this up from 3 years ago. I repeat, please refund the debits you made for the past two months and stop wasting my time, my services cost clients R1, 500 per hour and you have just wasted R750 of my time.
