Yet AGAIN I am send from pillar to post.
I was asked to take the attached to any CELL C outlet and they will check my device in for repairs. This I done last week.
Now I get a call from CELL C stating that I must take this device to a BAY PORT outlet to have it checked in for repairs.
It is really unacceptable that NO one can help one correctly in the first instance from your offices. Where are you based and how do I get this phone to you?
Please go check how many calls I have made to you and how many times I was told a different story be each person helping me. Also see the attached letter I received from your office that I needed to take with me when I checked my phone in.
I cannot believe that you allow you staff to forward letters with signatures in an un protected format. Or maybe I should given the POOR service I have been enjoying from you.
I am without a phone and all that you tell me is that the airtime is carried forward for 3 months. BUT what about the service Fee which should guarantee me a service!!! I am not offered to not pay that whilst I am inconvenienced.
I am truly frustrated with your services...... NO more words left.
