I called into the VM insurance call centre as I needed a glass chip on my windscreen fixed. I spoke with Milly O' Reilly who, after unsuccessfully attempting to put me through to an agent in my area (Pretoria), completed the claim herself. She was extremely cheerful, and an absolute pleasure to talk to. Thank you Milly for starting my day off on a positive note.
