I have unknown debit order from Oceansa of R99.00 on my accout and i do not have any dealings with them, i want them to stop accessing my accout. i went to Nedbank Parktown the teller was not helpfull she told me i have to trace those people and cancel the transaction with them by myself, i asked for documentation that proves that i have relationship with them and she said they not dealing with that i should call the client service number on their phone which was never even working. and she further told me that a lot of people have been visiting the bank with the same problem, but i dont understand why is the bank not taking action when more people are complaining with same problem because it clearly shows that there is problem but the bank is not taking action.
