I have been with Clientele life for over a year and their debit order has been going through at the end of the month every month but this month it went through early so i complained cause it was unpaid and developed Bank charges. the response i got was that on their records i made the debit order to go through on the 26th of which it has never done that either. Now they trying to make all this my fault instead of admitting to their miscalculation. An apology would have been much more professional than to make up stories. This brings fear that my family will go through the same humiliation in the event that anything happens to me. Its insulting above everything else. Clientele has become too big for their Clients.
