Cant stop a debit orde

I am trying to stop a debit order from amazing deals because I do not receive a service from the company. Contact my bank and was explain that the company must stop the debit order? The company do not reply to my complaint? So how must I get my money back? Its my bank account and I want to stop the debit order. Please advise
