We have been on debt review with these debt counselors SS Debt Counselors since Sep 2011 and have never ever bothered to phn us to let us know or to just inform us of what is gng on with our debt review and now that ive started demanding stuff that they never ever bothered about they wanna get clever with us and tell us that we dnt hv til end on 2013 with debt review! they are llazy and dont bother returning phone calls and wen u ask for answers as to what is gng on they are vey laxadaisy about it and dnt even bother sometinmes! and then they try blame the debt review ppl we were with bf they took over our acc wen we nevr had 1 prob with the previous ppl! and they didnt even notice that we paid over R7100 to 1 creditor and now they that ive been jumping up and down to get answers now they get and tell me not to b demanding!
