Ad service from Discovery Credit sales team

I have recently applied for a discovery platinum credit card. Upon delivery they did not allow the proof of residence that I had shown the courier company as it was too old. However, nothing was stipulated as to how recent the proof of residence should be (e.g 3 months). I had called the call center twice today regarding the issue and what can be done. But all I got was bad service and bad attitude from them. The issue still has not been resolved. Apparently an email was sent to me but I haven't received anything as yet. I'm really dissapointed at the pathetic service I have received!
