No Response/Feedback from Debt Review Department

Received my Debt Review Clearance on the 10th July 2013 from my Debt Counselor. My Debt Counselor updated the NCR system as well as clearance certificate forwarded to all my Credit Providers. All Credit Bureaus has already updated their systems but to date even after numerous emails from myself and my debt counselor Wesbank still hasn't updated their system or even responded to any of the emails. Please wake up and update your records.
