I am a small retailer in rural mpumalanga in the tweefontein area 11km from kwamhlanga FNB has installed a ATM in my shop the reason I had an ATM installed was to improve business and help the old people in the area to withdraw there pension money but since this ATM has been installed it has constantly being out of service the ATM worked well until yesterday after a long time it worked for two weeks without a problem TODAY WHEN IT IS NEEDED MOST QUES OF OLD PEOPLE WANTING TO GET THERE PENSION MONEY AND THIS ATM GOES OUT OF SERVICE I CALLED FNB BUT GUESS WHAT YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR 10 MIN BEFORE THEY ANSWER and when they do you get cut off being a small shop owner i am running the business alone don't have time to wait on the phone for them to answer PLEASE HELP
since the government has introduced the card system for pensions the old people especially in rural south africa are having a very hard time some cannot in fact most cannot use an ATM and have to depend on help I have appointed a staff member to help them out what do the bank do sweet nothing
