I'm sitting trying to make sense why Eskom is making their pensioners suffer by not paying them their monthly salary on the month of June. Fair enough they did do a function for them on the 2nd of July to explain why their salaries where not paid and promised to make sure that in the month of July they will definitely get paid. My dad filled the forms that needed to be completed and posted to them on the 3rd of July, he followed up the following week to find out if the forms have been received and they were received on the 7th of July.
Why did he salary not get paid on the 31July only knows, my sister called the call centre to get an explanation and spoke to Buhle. She was advised that the forms for reinstatement were captured on the 17th July, what was happening the days before then, when they knew that all the forms must be in the system by the 18th July for the payment to be paid out month end. I want who ever is responsible to know that a cancer patient needs no stress especial when it comes to money as expensive medication is needed. My dad is now flat in bed because his pains got back when he realised his money is not in and he has accounts to pay. 2nd month not paid.
