Talking Personal matters in the midst of Clients

I visited Mafikeng Branch about 2 weeks back; I was so disappointed to hear Consultant discussing their Colleagues and their private matters in front of me and I could not believe that Standard Bank could drop its standard that much, and I remained wondering if they no longer go to workshops, team building activities that builds their characters, attitudes and behaviours. I felt the world could open apart and swallow because of the embarrassing situation I found myself in.
