FNB What are you doing???

I went to draw R3000 cash from an ATM, all was fine until the ATM gave back my card but I got no cash and received an Error notification. So thinking it's maybe cause I tried drawing money at a Standard bank ATM and I'm with FNB, so I went to an FNB ATM where I received the same error but no cash. So I tried at the ABSA ATM as well and guess what I got the same ERROR. Knowing that there is more than R10000 in my account, I go back to my car and logged into my internet banking where I discover that the R3000 I have tried to draw and didn't receive was dedicated from my account. In a panic I call the Call Centre Number on my card. Finally getting through to an agent and telling her what happened, she told me the R3000 that was deducted she reversed and will be back in my account in 24 Hours. She also told me that I need to increase my limit if I want to draw R3000 which I did after the call. 24 Hours later and still no sign of the R3000 so I called the call centre AGAIN!!! After holding for about 20 min, I speak to Nelson who tells me I need to go to an FNB branch. THE PROBLEM is I don't see why I need to take time which I don't have to go to FNB to get my money back that they took??
