This is just to thank Wesbank for the efficient way in which they run their business!
My vehicle account was settled by my insurance company on a Tuesday.
On the Thursday I phoned Wesbank to find out why the money wasn't showing in my account yet. They didn't think it was as strange as I did though. (But that's okay)...
Anyway with my help we thought maybe it would be under a different reference name or something. (Don't worry Wesbank staff, we learn new things every day). Lo and behold it was there.
Now we can proceed and send it to another department where the funds can be transferred into my account (so I can buy a new car for my family).
The great part is that this will only prolong my suffering for another day or two!! What a luck! I thought such a complicated process of transferring funds from an internal account to another would take muuuch longer!
Thanks Wesbank! I reckon with today's technology and Wesbanks loyal service I could get a car in the next two weeks!! Let's see another financial institution beat that!
