No assistance in afrikaans

I want to subscribe and use the payU gateway on my website and asked for assistance in Afrikaans.
They replied and said no.
For this reason i will not register with them, use their service on other websites or recommend their company to anyone who is in the IT industry.
Afrikaans is not a foreign language and surely there are people in the company who could assist me in my preferred language.
