I'm utterly disappointed as a loyal client to standard bank I had my card cloned and was promised a response within 3 working days which as passed. Attempting to get a hold of department is a mission. Where are the security measures to assist the clients. Standard bank needs to step up and realise how many of there clients are in the same situation as me. This is not my problem that they machines are not protected. I'm so disappointed and after many years of banking with them I'm now considering moving to a more efficient bank a bank who as more empathy than the response I get from the department.
