Frustrated with Hollard Motor Xtende

My car broke down on Friday Morning the 26th of July, I called Hollard and my car was towed to the Mechanic's work shop. He then called me after he had examine the car and told me that the problem was with my engine and then I called hollard again and they told me that the Mechanic needs to call them. Which he did and then we sent the Quotation and it was athourised. Now they have not paid the Mechanic and my car is ready and when I follow up Im being sent from post to Pillar, they are not saying they wont pay but they keep changing the story and their "rules" the mechanic is also now not interested in following up and wants his money from me. They said this was authorised on Monday and sent to their acconts department for payment, now they say they want an invoice emailed, I got the invoice from the Mechanic and emailed it and now they say they want it posted When Hollard finally pays up who will pay for the storage of the vehicle, and what am I suppose to drive whilst they playing their games???
