FNB hellopeter responds on issues on Hellopeter just to make an appereance of things listed to be solved but in reality nothing is done. Requesting FNB to take themselves of the hellopeter website as they have no positive influence while they are registered to the site. Issues reported is still not handled. Can this bank really advertise " how can we help you" and not even sort out actual documented referenced issues?
