To whom it may concern

When will this bank ever get this. I changed my bank in January of 2012 where my salary went from FNB to another bank. Now FNB instist that they paid my insurance of R1215 per month from January 2012 to April 2012 sending my balance to negative R6500 and listed this amount at ITC.

But my insurance company states they never recieved any premiums from FNB since I changed my FNB account to my new one. The last they received was December 2011 when I was still with FNB.

Can someone look into this issue. This is the second time I am compaining about this.
