Very disappointed in the kind of discrimination against x cancer patients by life insurance plans. I have been clear of cancer for 2 and a half years now I have phoned Outsurance and 1Life to try and get life cover. I am only 35 and had no other serious illnesses. My cancer was in its very early stages when I found it and was very treatable with chemo and radiation. My health is in good condition currently and I find it very disappointing that some of these Insurance companies can cover Aids patients with all the risks they have as Aids patients.
They have tried to give me accident cover but why must I settle for that as an alternative. I Say if you can't give me both covers don't even bother offering one of them. This is absolutely radicalise and outrages what we as X Cancer Patients have to go through to get Life Cover.
