Got errors online but money deducted

Your stupid website is irritating me, i have been trying to buy electricity but getting an error at the very end but you have been deducting my account. Do you know how you guys can help me? By fixing the errors on the website. I did not get the electricity token numbers but more than R500 was deducted from my account. Please fix this, give me my money and be assured that i am moving my account to another bank now.
