Discovery Card sent me an email saying that I had been awarded double points. They then deducted the "over allocation".
When I queried it with them, and requested a statement showing the over allocation, I was told that the over allocation is not shown on their statements. Their statements show that everything is correct.
When I said that I therefore want my money back, as they can't prove it, they told me it was not possible.
I want my points back, it's over 27000 of them.
